Acreage Description

I have 40 acres just in Oglethorpe county along the south fork broad river and Madison County I am about 30 minutes from Athens and the closest town is Comer Ga. I have been creating the infrastructure for a no/low till method of market garden farming with the intention to become organic certified and expand production. I currently have 48, 50'x30" beds with open land to expand and a pine patch to clear and expand further, a small propagation house, "irrigation" main lines with hoses and sprinklers (well and river fed) , and a high tunnel. I also have a pretty solid rinse/wash and pack station, a walk in cooler, and a small office/shoppe. I am looking to partner with the right farmer to take everything to the next level.
