40 acres just in Oglethorpe county along the south fork broad river and Madison County about 30 minutes from Athens and the closest town Comer Ga. Have been creating the infrastructure for a no/low till method of market garden farming with the intention to become organic certified and expand production. Currently have 48, 50'x30" beds with open land to expand and a pine patch to clear and expand further, a small propagation house, irrigation (well and river fed) , and high tunnel. Pretty solid rinse/wash and pack station, walk in cooler, and small office/shoppe. Looking to partner well and take everything next level.
