Seeking a beginner/early-career farmer(s) to join a cooperative business partnership on farmland in unincorporated DeKalb. Onsite housing available in a welcoming, eco-oriented setting. Opportunity to develop and manage your own acreage of a small-scale farming practice while sharing responsibility for planning, production, and land stewardship within a broader vision of sustainability, learning, and regenerative, circular farming systems that work closely with natural systems. A part of the role is documenting and sharing progress through social media, helping communicate daily work and supporting the goal of making regenerative farming practices more visible, accessible, and widely understood.
