Hi, my name is Mariah Grohoski. I am based in Florida and actively seeking opportunities to begin or expand a small to mid-sized farming operation, primarily in Florida or Georgia.
I grew up in Farmington, Minnesota, where I gained early exposure to rural living and farming environments. Over the years, I have had on-and-off hands-on experience with land, livestock, and general farm work, which has built my long-term interest in agriculture and sustainable land use.
At this stage, I am looking for:
- Small to mid-size farms (ideally 5–250 acres)
- Owner-financed or flexible purchase structures
- Lease-to-own or partnership opportunities
- Properties with water access, fencing, barns, or existing infrastructure (preferred but not required)
- Land suitable for livestock, regenerative agriculture, or mixed-use farming
I am especially interested in long-term opportunities where I can actively operate, improve, and build value in the land over time rather than passive ownership.
My goal is to develop a sustainable farm operation that grows over time through hands-on management, stewardship, and practical improvements to the land.
I am open to:
- Seller financing
- Creative acquisition structures
- Farm partnerships or transition arrangements
- Working farms that need a new operator or direction
