I have been a machinist for a number of years. I have kept chickens for around 10 years or so and sell eggs to regular customers. To this point it's been more of a hobby. In the past year or so I have decided I want to do this for a living. My goal is to produce eggs on a much larger scale and add growing crops to my operation. I also wouldn't rule out cattle either.

I'm a small scale poultry as of now. My primary focus now is poultry. I want to expand to other areas of farming, specifically growing crops. I would really like to connect with an experienced farmer and gain all the knowledge I possibly can. Also, it would be ideal to perhaps find someone who is wanting to retire and come up with a rent to own/ lease to own agreement.
