We are looking for land to accommodate our growing ministry. We are a 5013C Non-profit organization. We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome horses that have been surrendered, neglected or abused. The horses that we have in our care are used in our equine assisted ministry with at risk youth and others recovering from trauma, abuse or neglect. Ideally would need at least 8 acres for pasture, barn or run in shelter for horses, arena and living quarters. Would also need access to water for animals and electricity if possible.

Lease purchase or Lease would be the best situation at this time. We do 5013C Real estate tax exemptions also. Looking for something longer term so horses and ministry would not have to be uprooted and moved around; we steward well and would love a place to establish our ministry.

I live personally on 10 acres currently and have 6 horses here with me. We are operating out of my property at this time. I have approximately 5+ yrs experience with horses, boarding and showing. My ministry partner has been involved with horses her entire life. Non-Profit ministry for over 12 yrs and experienced in training, riding, fencing, trailering;etc
