We're a family (husband, wife, young child, and two dogs) relocating from Jacksonville, FL to put down roots in rural Georgia. We're looking to buy a small property with a livable home on 7+ acres where we can homestead, raise our own food, and live simply. We're cash buyers and can move quickly once our current home sells. We'd especially love to hear from landowners who want their property to go to a family who will live on it and care for it rather than develop it. A fixer-upper is welcome; we're handy and not afraid of work.
