I would love to have a multi use event farm/ranch. There would be a variety of events during the week: from homeschool co-op meetings, workshops/clases in house or with local businesses as pop-ups, farm stand/market, u pick flowers, and more. Along with weekend events or special events: weddings, church retreats, women’s retreats, family camp and more. There would be space for air bnbs or short term rentals year round and/or event rental stay, glamping space or other tiny cottage bnb.
Im looking for land that had some of these functions already where i can continue the legacy and expand on it.

Ideally someone that is looking to retire or slowly retire, that wants to still be involved and would like to work together to pass the torch and guide someone (me) who will honor what they’ve built. Work together to keep land out of big corporations hands where a legacy can be upheld.
