Plan

NIA-LIZ, LLC is a family-centered agricultural initiative dedicated to sustainable, organic farming, natural product crafting, and community enrichment. Having grown up on a farm in Arlington, Georgia, I carry a lifelong connection to the land and deep, practical knowledge of agriculture. I am a multi-skilled, hands-on grower who knows how to tend to the soil, raise livestock, build, fish, and work dynamically with nature. My dedication to plants is a core part of who I am. Even through personal hardships and navigating homelessness, I have never stopped growing. I have successfully cultivated plants in bedrooms, on balconies, and currently keep my green thumb alive by growing plants right in our hotel room window. As an advocate for this lifestyle, I actively share my natural living journey online; I can bring valuable digital and social media exposure to the farm, highlighting the beautiful work being done on the land. Our long-term mission is to build a thriving, self-sustaining enterprise that secures a bright future for my children while actively feeding the homeless, supporting families in need, and teaching our community how to live off the land.Land & Housing RequirementsTo bring this vision to life, we are seeking a secure piece of land paired with safe, reliable on-site housing. We are ready to relocate and get to work ASAP.Family Housing Infrastructure: Safe, adequate housing is an immediate and critical priority for my family, as establishing a stable home environment is a central step in reuniting fully with my oldest children.Collaborative Community Potential: Ideally, the property would feature enough infrastructure or space to eventually accommodate another small, like-minded family (such as a single mother and her children) who are eager to live naturally, work the land collaboratively, and build together.Land Features: We are looking for clean acreage with healthy soil or land ready to be restored, suitable for intensive natural gardening, rotational livestock grazing, and a peaceful, natural lifestyle. We are ready to work hard, steward your land with the utmost care, and create a beautiful, regenerative space that gives back to the earth and the community.
