Description of Desired Transitional Agreement

The farm would operate under a transitional arrangement designed to support a gradual shift from its previous management, ownership and production model to a new long-term structure. During this transition period, day-to-day farming activities continue with minimal disruption while responsibilities, resources, and decision-making authority are progressively reallocated.

Land, buildings, and core infrastructure remain in active use, with interim agreements governing access, maintenance, and operational control. Existing livestock and systems are maintained initially, with phased adjustments to stocking levels,  and management practices introduced as needed to align with future objectives. Equipment and machinery are shared or transferred according to a defined schedule to ensure continuity of operations.

Financial arrangements during the transition provide for the orderly transfer of income, expenses, and liabilities, with clear provisions for cost-sharing, revenue distribution, and risk. management. Administrative and regulatory obligations, including environmental compliance and record-keeping, are upheld throughout the transition period.

Overall, the transitional arrangement is intended to preserve the productivity and value of the farm while enabling a smooth, planned handover that minimizes operational risk, supports long-term sustainability, and provides clarity and stability for all parties involved.
