I am an aspiring Georgia farmer and agricultural entrepreneur who is building a long-term plan to establish a productive and financially sustainable farm operation. While I am developing my hands-on commercial farming experience, I am committed to learning through agricultural education, extension programs, experienced farmers, and practical field experience.
My background in business development and entrepreneurship gives me experience with planning, budgeting, marketing, customer relationships, and building a business from the ground up. I intend to apply those skills to agriculture while continuing to develop my knowledge of soil preparation, planting, irrigation, crop management, harvesting, post-harvest handling, and farm sales.
My goal is to build the necessary farming knowledge before scaling production and to develop relationships with Georgia agricultural resources, experienced farmers, suppliers, and potential buyers.

I plan to initially lead and manage the farming operation myself, while building a network of experienced farmers, agricultural professionals, seasonal workers, contractors, and business partners as the operation grows.
I am open to working with others when additional expertise or labor is needed, particularly for planting, harvesting, irrigation, equipment operation, marketing, and distribution. My goal is to build a reliable team over time rather than attempting to operate every aspect of the farm alone.

I am looking for a professional, respectful and long-term relationship with a landowner. I value clear communication, transparency, responsible stewardship, and keeping the landowner informed about the farm’s progress.
I am open to discussing the landowner’s expectations regarding the property, improvements, maintenance, water use, fencing, structures, and overall land stewardship before entering into an agreement. I would prefer an arrangement where expectations, responsibilities, improvements, and financial terms are clearly established from the beginning.
I am interested in opportunities that could potentially develop into a long-term lease, lease-to-own arrangement, purchase, or mutually beneficial farm partnership.

My vision is to establish a diversified, profitable Georgia farm that produces high-demand fruits, vegetables, herbs, and selected specialty crops for local and regional markets.
I am interested in starting on a manageable amount of acreage and expanding production as the farm becomes established. Rather than depending on one commodity, I want to develop several complementary crops and multiple sales channels, including farmers markets, restaurants, local grocery stores, produce buyers, farm-direct sales, and potentially a CSA or other direct-to-consumer program.
Long term, I want the farm to become a sustainable agricultural business that creates income, improves the productivity and stewardship of the land, and can grow into a larger operation. I am particularly interested in crops that have strong demand and can provide multiple harvest and sales opportunities throughout the growing season.
I am open to learning from experienced farmers and agricultural professionals and adapting the farm plan to the specific soil, water, climate, infrastructure, and market opportunities of the property.
