Lusentia Integrative Wellness Corp. — Creating a Living Legacy Through Land, Wellness, and Community

Lusentia is a Georgia 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization creating an integrative wellness sanctuary where regenerative agriculture, nature conservation, education, creativity, and human wellbeing come together.

We are seeking a meaningful, long-term partnership with a landowner, working farm, homestead, rural estate, or organization whose vision aligns with ours. Our preferred location is northern metro Atlanta and the surrounding north Georgia counties.

Ideally, we seek 6–10 acres or more, but we are equally interested in sharing a smaller portion of an established property where our activities could complement existing agricultural or community programs.

We welcome creative arrangements, including shared land use, long-term leases, partnerships with experienced farmers, conservation-aligned agreements, lease-to-own arrangements, seller financing, and philanthropic land contributions.

Our vision includes organic food cultivation, herbal and sensory gardens, aquaponics, small-scale animal husbandry, nature-based education, creative expression, and integrative wellness programs. We are particularly committed to supporting families, underserved communities, and neurodivergent and highly sensitive individuals.

Our founding team brings decades of combined experience in holistic wellness, bodywork, coaching, creative practices, and education. We believe that collaboration with experienced farmers, landscape professionals, and agricultural educators can create something greater than any of us could accomplish independently.

We envision beginning with part-time land-based activities and transitioning toward full-time operations as our partnerships, programs, and funding develop.

We are not land speculators or commercial developers. We seek to care for the land, honor its history, and create lasting benefits for the community.

Our invitation is simple: Let us explore how your land and our mission might grow together.

Desired Transitional Agreement

  • Lease
  • Cooperative Model
  • Business Partnership

Description of Desired Transitional Agreement

Lusentia Integrative Wellness Corp. is a Georgia 501(c)(3) nonprofit seeking a creative, mutually beneficial, and long-term land partnership that respects the landowner's vision, preserves the character of the property, and supports meaningful community use.

We are open to a variety of arrangements, including renewable leases, shared land-use agreements, partnerships with existing farmers, conservation-aligned arrangements, lease-to-own agreements, seller financing, and philanthropic land contributions.

We would welcome an initial transitional period during which we can establish relationships, develop our programs, gain practical agricultural experience, and demonstrate the value of our contribution to the property and its community.

A phased approach could begin with shared use of existing agricultural facilities, gardens, or gathering spaces, gradually expanding into more substantial wellness, educational, and regenerative activities as our resources and partnerships develop.

We are particularly interested in opportunities where an experienced farmer continues agricultural operations while Lusentia contributes complementary wellness, educational, and community programs. We also welcome landowners who wish to remain involved in shaping the future of their property.

Our long-term goal is to establish a stable home for Lusentia's work, whether through ownership or a secure, renewable land-use agreement. We recognize that investments in buildings, infrastructure, and land improvements require clear agreements regarding permitted uses, responsibilities, maintenance, and ownership.

We are actively developing our funding opportunities and would prepare a property-specific business and operational plan in collaboration with our partners.

Above all, we seek a relationship built on trust, shared values, responsible stewardship, and a commitment to creating lasting benefits for the land and future generations.

Additional Information on Produce or Livestock Needs

Lusentia's agricultural goals are community-centered, educational, and regenerative. We envision growing a diverse range of organic vegetables, fruits, culinary and herbal plants, flowers, and fruit trees to support healthy living, food security, biodiversity, and meaningful connections between people and nature.

We are particularly interested in applying permaculture principles to create productive, resilient ecosystems where plants, animals, soil, and water work together harmoniously. Our gardens would serve both as sources of fresh food and as living educational environments for community members of all ages and abilities.

Aquaponics is an especially exciting part of our vision. We hope to develop a system that integrates edible fish production with vegetable and herb cultivation, demonstrating resource-efficient food production while providing opportunities for hands-on learning.

We also envision small-scale, humane animal husbandry, particularly chickens and goats, where appropriate for the property. Animal care could become part of our educational programming, helping participants develop practical skills, responsibility, and a deeper appreciation for living ecosystems.

Our gardens would also include pollinator-friendly flowers, native plants, and sensory landscapes designed to support biodiversity, relaxation, and wellbeing.

We welcome partnerships with established farmers whose agricultural operations could complement our mission. We would be interested in learning from their expertise, contributing to the daily work of the farm, and exploring opportunities for shared production and educational activities.

We intend to begin on a modest, part-time basis, gradually expanding our agricultural activities as our knowledge, resources, and partnerships develop.

Our primary purpose is not large-scale commercial production, but rather to integrate responsible food growing, environmental stewardship, wellness, and education. We are open to exploring appropriate revenue-generating agricultural activities that could help sustain the farm and support our nonprofit mission.

Ultimately, we envision a thriving, productive landscape where growing food, caring for animals, learning, and supporting human wellbeing become interconnected parts of everyday life.

Preferred Equipment and Infrastructure

  • Farmer Housing
  • Barn / Storage
  • Fencing
  • Well / Pond / Other Water Source
  • Greenhouse
  • Barn - Livestock
  • Access to Electricity

Equipment and Infrastructure Details

Lusentia intends to begin modestly and develop its infrastructure thoughtfully, adapting to the existing resources, agricultural activities, and unique characteristics of each property.

Our initial priorities include reliable access to water and electricity, suitable garden space, and an existing barn, greenhouse, covered area, or other structure that could accommodate educational activities, workshops, and small community gatherings.

We envision developing organic vegetable gardens, herbal and sensory gardens, a small-scale aquaponics system, and appropriate facilities for chickens, goats, and potentially edible fish, depending on the property's suitability and our growing expertise.

Our longer-term vision includes walking paths, meditation gardens, peaceful outdoor gathering spaces, and facilities for integrative wellness, creative expression, movement, and educational programs.

We are particularly interested in properties with existing agricultural infrastructure that could be shared or adapted through a partnership. We would also welcome opportunities to collaborate with experienced farmers and landscape professionals in planning and developing sustainable outdoor environments.

We recognize that infrastructure development requires careful planning, appropriate permits, and adequate funding. Any improvements would be developed in consultation with the landowner, with clear agreements regarding responsibilities, maintenance, and ownership.

Our goal is to work harmoniously with the existing landscape, preserve its ecological character, and gradually create a welcoming, functional environment that supports both agricultural activities and human wellbeing.

Additional Info on Experience/Education

Lusentia is beginning its land-based agricultural journey. Our intended approach emphasizes organic and regenerative growing practices, permaculture, aquaponics, biodiversity, and responsible land stewardship.

Our founding team brings decades of combined experience in integrative wellness, bodywork, coaching, education, and creative practices. While we do not yet have direct farming experience, we recognize the importance of learning from and collaborating with experienced agricultural professionals.

We already have a landscape professional who has pledged to contribute her expertise to Lusentia. We are also actively seeking an experienced farmer interested in a mutually beneficial partnership involving agricultural operations, mentorship, and collaborative land stewardship.

We are developing relationships with the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Service, GA FarmLink, and other agricultural organizations to strengthen our knowledge and build a capable network of partners.

For me personally, learning and practicing permaculture, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable farming has been a lifelong dream. I am deeply committed to developing the knowledge and practical skills necessary to become an active steward of the land through education, hands-on experience, mentorship, and dedicated physical work.

This commitment is shared by Lusentia's founding team, whose members will contribute their individual skills, experience, and talents as our initiative develops. Our intention is to build a knowledgeable, hands-on team, working alongside experienced farmers while progressively developing our own agricultural capabilities.

We envision beginning with part-time agricultural activities. As Lusentia grows and funding allows, I intend to transition from my current part-time availability to working full-time on the land and developing our wellness, educational, and community programs.

We see this not simply as establishing a nonprofit facility, but as creating a living, working environment that we will personally help cultivate, care for, and sustain for generations to come.
