I’m a veteran, father, grower, craftsman, and land steward looking for a place where my family and I can put down long-term roots and build something meaningful.
My background includes developing and managing a market garden and agricultural program from the ground up, along with experience in carpentry, horticulture, food production, farm infrastructure, and hands-on land management. My farming experience includes intensive vegetable production, soil building, composting, cover cropping, orchards, berries, grapes, propagation, culinary and medicinal herbs, poultry, pigs, and beekeeping.
I’m primarily looking for 30–50 acres in Middle Georgia, although I’m open to other sizes if the property and opportunity are a good fit. Ideally, I’d like a mix of cultivatable land, woods, reliable water access, and space for a home and farm infrastructure.
My goal is to build a diversified, regenerative farm that produces food, improves the land over time, and supports a sustainable family livelihood. In addition to crop and livestock production, I’m interested in eventually incorporating workshops, education, value-added products, and other complementary land-based enterprises.
I’m open to a traditional purchase, seller financing, lease-to-own, long-term lease, farm succession, or another creative arrangement that works well for both sides.
More than anything, I’m looking for a property I can care for over the long term—somewhere I can improve the soil, build healthy systems, raise my family, and be a good steward of the land.

I’m open to a variety of arrangements, including purchase, seller financing, lease-to-own, long-term lease, and farm succession or transition opportunities. My main priority is finding a fair arrangement that provides long-term stability and allows me to invest in improving the land, infrastructure, and farm systems over time.
Additional Information on Produce or Livestock Needs
My goal is to develop a diversified farm that combines intensive vegetable production, herbs, perennial fruit and nursery crops, beekeeping, poultry, and small-scale livestock such as pigs. I’m also interested in integrating flowers, pollinator habitat, and other perennial systems where they fit the land. The exact mix would be adapted to the property, soils, water, infrastructure, and long-term potential rather than forcing a predetermined model onto the land.
Equipment and Infrastructure Details
Existing infrastructure is not required. For the right long-term opportunity, I am open to starting with undeveloped or minimally improved land and building the necessary farm systems over time. My main priorities are suitable land, long-term security, and the ability to develop the property responsibly for agricultural use. Water access, electricity, housing, fencing, barns, and other infrastructure are all beneficial, but not necessarily dealbreakers.
