I am an experienced home gardener in Buford, GA currently growing vegetables in raised beds and community garden plots. I grow tomatoes, peppers, onions, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, herbs, and other seasonal vegetables using sustainable gardening practices.
I am looking to lease a small parcel of farmland (approximately ½ to 5 acres) within reasonable driving distance of Buford to expand vegetable production.
My goal is to grow high-quality produce primarily for personal use and potentially small local distribution such as sharing with neighbors or local markets. I take pride in maintaining healthy soil through compost, crop rotation, and careful stewardship of the land.
I am looking for land with basic access for equipment and ideally water access or the ability to install irrigation. I am open to flexible arrangements including seasonal leases or longer-term agreements.
I respect the landowner’s property and would be happy to work with the owner to maintain and improve the land over time.

I am primarily interested in leasing a small parcel of land for vegetable production. I am open to flexible arrangements such as seasonal or multi-year leases depending on the landowner’s preference.
Ideally the property would have basic road access and the ability to install irrigation if needed. I would maintain the land carefully and am happy to work with the landowner on stewardship and maintenance.

I plan to grow a variety of seasonal vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, onions, sweet potatoes, leafy greens, and herbs.
Production will focus on small-scale vegetable gardening using raised beds, drip irrigation, and soil-building practices such as compost, crop rotation, and organic amendments.
I may also plant pollinator flowers around the growing areas to support beneficial insects and improve crop health.

My infrastructure needs are minimal. The most important requirement is access to water for irrigation (well, pond, or other water source).
Access to electricity and a small storage area for tools or equipment would be helpful but are not required. I primarily grow vegetables using simple tools, raised beds, and drip irrigation.
I am happy to work with the landowner regarding infrastructure and would maintain the property carefully and responsibly.
