Looking For the Following
Desired Locations
Plan
We are a committed husband-and-wife team seeking to establish a small, sustainable farm operation in Georgia. Our goal is to develop a diversified, manageable farm on 6–10 acres that supports both food production and long-term land stewardship.
We are interested in growing herbs, vegetables, and fruit, with potential expansion into small livestock such as poultry or goats over time. Our approach prioritizes soil health, responsible land use, and practical, scalable systems.
We are open to both lease and purchase opportunities, and we are prepared to demonstrate consistency, reliability, and care for the land. Our intent is to build a long-term relationship with the landowner based on trust, communication, and shared respect for the property.
We are focused on specialty crop production and are open to participating in USDA-supported research or extension initiatives that align with improving crop productivity, sustainability, and local food systems.
Desired Transitional Agreement
Description of Desired Transitional Agreement
We are open to both lease and purchase arrangements, with flexibility depending on the landowner’s goals. Ideally, we would begin with a lease or lease-to-own structure to establish operations, build trust, and demonstrate our reliability.
We are committed to maintaining the land with care and consistency, and we welcome clear communication and expectations from the landowner. Our goal is to create a stable, long-term arrangement that benefits both parties.

Additional Information on Produce or Livestock Needs
Our production goals are centered around a diversified small-farm model. We plan to grow a combination of herbs, vegetables, and fruit suited to the local climate, with an emphasis on quality, sustainability, and efficient land use.
Over time, we are interested in integrating small livestock such as poultry or goats to support a balanced farm ecosystem. We are focused on starting at a manageable scale and expanding responsibly as systems are established.
Our long-term vision includes creating a productive, well-maintained farm that can serve both as a source of income and a model for practical, sustainable agriculture.
Preferred Equipment and Infrastructure
Equipment and Infrastructure Details
We are seeking land with basic infrastructure in place or the ability to develop it over time. Access to water (well or pond), electricity, and fencing are important, along with space for small-scale crop production.
We are open to properties with existing structures such as barns or storage, but we are also willing to improve and maintain the land as needed. Over time, we plan to incorporate simple systems such as irrigation, greenhouse space, and cold storage to support production.
We are practical and resourceful, and we value maintaining and improving any infrastructure provided.
