This starter farm is meant to be the foundation—a practical, income-producing operation that can grow over decades into a much larger network of farming, livestock, equine, agritourism, and conservation enterprises. The Starter Farm seeks a landowner or investment partner to help establish a sustainable livestock operation focused on rabbits, quail, goats, poultry, and small-scale cattle production. The objective is to create a profitable agricultural enterprise that generates reliable cash flow while building the foundation for future expansion into agritourism, equine programs, and conservation initiatives. We are seeking either access to suitable agricultural land, startup capital for infrastructure and livestock, or a strategic partnership combining both.

This venture is being established as a long-term, multi-generational agricultural enterprise focused on livestock production, land stewardship, agritourism, and future conservation initiatives. The founders have no intention of selling the company or relinquishing controlling ownership, as the goal is to build a lasting legacy that can continue growing for decades. However, investors and strategic partners are invited to participate through minority ownership positions, profit-sharing agreements, preferred-return structures, or other mutually beneficial investment arrangements. This approach allows investors to share in the growth, profitability, and long-term value of the enterprise while ensuring that the founders maintain the vision, leadership, and continuity necessary to achieve the organization's long-range objectives.
