I’m interested in cultivating seasonal crops, vegetables, and fruits and am looking for farmland that I can develop and work on part-time.

I’m relatively new to farming, but I’m very interested in learning and experimenting with different agricultural practices, including greenhouse farming and other modern farming methods. My goal is primarily personal—I’d like to develop the land, learn the process, and grow produce for my own use.

I’m open to either a reasonable annual land-lease arrangement or a produce-sharing arrangement, depending on what works best for the landowner.

If you have farmland that may be suitable for this type of arrangement, I’d be happy to discuss the details and explore how we could make it mutually beneficial.
