I am looking for a long-term arrangement to support a multi-species AMP grazing model. I would also like to have a small market garden to provide short term income requirements while I am growing my herd and bringing short grow species to harvest weight.
I am a veteran receiving VA disability compensation and I do have remote employment. This allows me to afford a farm lease while I am getting started.

My ideal arrangement would be a mid to long term lease with a potential option to buy later on. I am open to other options, but will not be able to get bank financing for an outright purchase initially.

My plan is to start with pasture raised poultry for a season or two. I am also considering a small market garden to raise vegetables and cut flowers. I would like to grow my livestock herd into a multi species operation with all animals raised on pasture using adaptive grazing methods.

I will need housing or hookups for an RV temporarily. A barn, workshop or other storage building would also be helpful as I will need a place to store tools, supplies and equipment on-site.

I grew up on a market garden farm in the PNW. My father worked full time and farmed after work and on the weekends. My grandparents also were farmers who retired from school teaching. They were both Certified Master Gardeners and taught me alot as a kid.
