I’m part of the team behind a long-running nonprofit arts and community event in Georgia, and we’re searching for a new piece of land to call home.
We’re looking for a large rural property to lease for approximately 3 weeks each year in October, ideally with the potential for a long-term relationship with the landowner.
What we’re looking for:
• Ideally 100+ usable acres
• Within roughly 3 hours of Atlanta preferred
• Private/rural with good separation from neighbors
• Good road and emergency vehicle access
• Open areas mixed with woods is a plus
• Suitable for temporary camping and an outdoor arts event
