My name is Dayna Baugher, and for the past two years I have been fully immersed in regenerative agriculture after moving from Colorado to northwestern Georgia to help my best friend and her husband launch their regenerative farm. In that time, I’ve worn many hats and gained hands-on experience in nearly every aspect of running a diverse farm operation. My responsibilities have included animal care and welfare, regenerative land management, farmers market sales, direct-to-consumer shipping, coordinating local drop locations, creating and maintaining a website, building a social media presence, and developing marketing materials.
On the livestock side, I currently help care for over 2,000 pasture-raised meat birds, 600 laying hens, 200 turkeys, 30 dairy and beef cattle, and 20 hogs, in addition to managing my own small personal flock of laying hens, ducks, and a turkey. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in animal husbandry, rotational grazing, and the day-to-day problem-solving that comes with regenerative farming.
My two years on the farm have deeply enriched my appreciation for sustainable agriculture, and I am eager to continue learning, living, and working within this lifestyle. I would love the opportunity to bring my skills, work ethic, and passion for regenerative farming to your farm while also continuing to grow as a farmer.

Ideally, I am seeking a position that allows me to live on the property (in a provided house or myself contained 34’ camper), as I enjoy being fully immersed in the daily rhythms and responsibilities of farm life.
