My husband and I have the love and drive for farming in our blood. We have always been deeply invested into our dream of running a farm that will create a family legacy for our children.My husband has many skills including top of his class for electrical and electrical engineering degrees. He wants to learn to work with solar. He is an incredibly skilled general carpenter , handyman and wood worker. He has the physical strength needed for farming and has experience with putting up fencing , home remodeling and small scale farming. He has good credit and is planning to sell our home which he owns outright to put into our farming venture. As for me, I have a very stable freelance income working from home.I used to take pro horseback riding lessons and helped tame unruly horses in my youth. I volunteered at a farm for two years and have a lot of experience with farm animals.  We are both very peaceful drug free alcohol free and in a good age range for this farming pursuit I am almost 36 and my husband is 42. We are both skilled cooks and would love to run a bed and breakfast , photography venue and animal sanctuary with a petting zoo. We love the idea of a legacy orchard and want to grow organic produce. I have many years of professional photography experience and believe I could easily bring in over a million per year within 3 years.we are looking for a long term agreement and would prefer lease to own , earning the property through a business agreement or something similar.
