Looking to open a small time boutique dairy farm selling cheese products locally, and honey too. Business model and customer base ready, need land for 2 momma cows and up to 2 additional calves at a time. Can do some infrastructure development but basic water& electric is a must. Possibly bees and chickens too.

Looking to give a flat sum for land lease.

2 cows for milking. Will hold onto up to 2 addl. calves at a time until selling off or replacing momma. A dozen chickens and possibly a few hives of honeybees as well. But obviously the main operation is the two dairy cows.
