More info: I would like to take advantage of money coming down from the North to get the only cultural cuisine in america. Heirloom cropnprices are through the roof. Image what you could get for heirloom meat. I personally would like to focus on fiber and dairy/skin care products. In the first year or 2, it is far gentler on the consumer's sensibilities.

Farming fills me with a sense of fullness and purpose that nothing else does except maybe art.
